How can someone know if they are called by God to be a church leader?

There are four elements that summarize the major characteristics of someone called to be a church leader:

1) true spirituality

2) proven ability

3) virtuous affinity

4) confirmed opportunity

In this lesson, you’ll learn how these four elements can help you determine a true calling from God to be a church leader.
