Exciting New Update from China!
The newest Pathway Learning online Chinese Church Planting Cohort was launched on Sunday, May 07, 2023, at 3:07 AM U.S. Eastern time for 11 Chinese church leaders in Hong Kong.
Their first church planting course is called the Vision Course in which they will be equipped from Scripture to have a God-honoring, kingdom-advancing, church-focused, and gospel-centered vision for both their lives and ministries: They will be equipped to:
Know the biblical story of God’s purpose
Envision the goal of God’s glory in all nations
Understand the nature of God's kingdom
Explain the centrality of God’s church
Expound the good news of God’s gospel

This new Chinese cohort is the first one launched by Rev. Steve Kang, MTW Missionary and Pathway Learning V.P. of Partnerships, since locating with his family to Taiwan to live and serve there full time (see the red circle with pathway logo on the map near Taiwan).
After launching this new online cohort for 11 Chinese church leaders, there are now 40 total Chinese church leaders being served in Hong Kong by Pathway Learning online courses. (See the red arrow on the map pointing to Hong Kong)
Important Note: Most of our courses taken by Chinese leaders are NOT online courses (indicated on the map), but onsite courses (not shown on the map) because of government internet restrictions. There are thousands of church leaders in the underground movements served by Pathway Learning.
